Albina Dolgan is a researcher and business consultant whose expertise is rooted in a deep, personal connection to the Far East. Born and raised in Khabarovsk, near the border with China, she grew up immersed in the cultures of the Asia-Pacific region. This lifelong passion led her to an academic path as an expert-orientalist, focusing on the modern history and complex cultural dynamics of China, Japan, and Korea.
Albina believes that success in Asian markets is impossible without a fundamental understanding of the local context—the “how” and “why” behind business decisions. Her mission is to destroy stereotypes and provide entrepreneurs with a clear, nuanced, and actionable picture of the real, living world of business in Asia.
